Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with StampedSafe. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we'll refund your payment.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal. No justification required — simply email us at billing@stampedsafe.com.
Annual Plan Refunds
For annual subscriptions, we offer prorated refunds based on the remaining months in your billing cycle. For example, if you cancel 6 months into an annual plan, you'll receive a refund for the remaining 6 months.
Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Billing Cycle
Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month. Annual plans are billed once per year on your signup anniversary.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we'll retry automatically and notify you by email. After 3 failed attempts over 7 days, your subscription will be paused until payment is resolved.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees.
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- All proofs you've created remain valid and verifiable forever
- Downloaded proof files continue to work offline
- You can re-subscribe at any time

Email billing@stampedsafe.com with your account email, and we'll process your cancellation immediately.

Our free tier includes 5 proofs per month and never expires. No credit card required. Free users have access to all core features including:
- SHA-256 + Ed25519 cryptographic proofs
