Service Description

STAMPEDSAFE provides a tool for creating cryptographic integrity proofs using SHA-256 hashing and Ed25519 digital signatures. These proofs demonstrate that specific content existed at the time the proof was created.

What This Service Does

• Creates cryptographic hashes of your content
• Generates digital signatures with timestamps
• Provides shareable proof links and QR codes
• Enables verification of proofs

What This Service Does Not Do

• Store your content on our servers
• Verify the identity of proof creators
• Provide legal notarization services
• Guarantee time accuracy beyond your device's clock

Limitation of Liability

STAMPEDSAFE is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that proofs will be accepted as legal evidence in any jurisdiction. The service is a technical tool, not a legal service.

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use STAMPEDSAFE to:

• Create fraudulent or misleading proofs
• Violate any applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits
• Interfere with the service's operation

Paid Plans

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. 30-day full refund on paid plans, no questions asked. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your Stripe customer portal.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
