1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using STAMPEDSAFE (“StampedSafe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

StampedSafe provides a client-side cryptographic proof generation and verification tool. The service allows you to create cryptographically signed proofs that your content existed at a specific time.

What StampedSafe does:

  • Creates cryptographic hashes and signatures of your content
  • Generates verifiable proofs you can share and download
  • Provides tools to verify proof authenticity

What StampedSafe does NOT do:

  • Verify your identity or the identity of proof creators
  • Provide legally-binding timestamps from trusted authorities
  • Store your content or proofs on our servers
  • Guarantee legal standing in any jurisdiction
  • Replace professional legal, notarization, or certification services

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use StampedSafe only for lawful purposes
  • Not use proofs to misrepresent, deceive, or defraud others
  • Not claim StampedSafe proofs constitute legal notarization
  • Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
  • Not use automated systems to access the service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce

4. Accounts and Billing

4.1 Free Tier

The free tier provides limited proof creation per month. Free usage requires no account and no payment information.

4.2 Paid Plans

Paid plans provide increased or unlimited proof creation. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

StampedSafe and its original content, features, and functionality are owned bySTAMPEDSAFE and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you submit to StampedSafe for proof creation. We claim no ownership of your content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

StampedSafe is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • That the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • That proofs will be accepted as evidence in any legal proceeding
  • That timestamps represent trusted or authoritative time sources

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STAMPEDSAFE and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use StampedSafe
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any third party's reliance on proofs you create
  • Any legal outcome related to proofs created with StampedSafe

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless STAMPEDSAFE and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your use of StampedSafe or your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to StampedSafe immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Proofs you have already created and downloaded will continue to be verifiable, as verification is performed locally and does not require our servers.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
